How do I contact you? Guest already at the Inn should use the private contact numbers provided in your welcome package. Guest inquiring about availability should use the web-site availability/reservation feature on our website for the latest pricing and booking. International callers, please use e-mail for questions regarding our Inn. At the time of booking we will provide you a private contact number to the Inn. How far are you from all the Sightseeing areas of New York or Midtown Manhattan? We are within a short subway or bus ride from all major tourist attractions. .

What is the difference between your establishment and others?  All suites are equipped with a private bathroom and full kitchen. Each suite is approximately 525 SF - It is your fully furnished home away from home!

Getting to our Inn: Arriving from John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK), La Guardia Airport (LGA) or Newark Airport (EWR):

Taking a cab - Tell the driver that you want to go to 1876 3rd Avenue in Manhattan, located between 103rd street & 104th street. Travel time from the airport to our location vary between 35 - 55 minutes.

Riding the Subway - We are located on the number 6 subway line. Just get to that subway line and take it to 103rd street in Manhattan. Please note that this is not recommended for travelers with heavy and/or a lot of luggage.

Arrival Time: Regular check-in time is Monday thru Saturday 3:00 PM to 7:00PM.  If you are unable to arrive during this time, please select “Extended Check-in” option during your booking and we will have housekeeping on-site for your arrival.

Departure Time: Check out time is 11:00 AM Late check out is available at a rate of $15 for every 15 minutes past 11:00 AM.

Minimum Night Stay: We require a two night stay.

Rates: Rates are for single occupancy(1-2 Guest) or double occupancy(3-4 Guest). All rates are subject to change without notice. Rates do not in include taxes.

Occupancy: We allow a maximum of 5 people per room – based on # of guest at time of booking.

Children: Children over the age of 12 are welcome provided that they are supervised by parent and/or responsible guardian. Adults are responsible for accompanying their children in and out of our Inn and up and down the staircase of the Inn.

Pets: We are sorry that we are unable to accommodate pets.

Smoking: We are a non-smoking inn.

Reservation Policy: At the time we process your reservation your credit card will be charged for a 30% non-refundable security deposit to secure the room(s) and dates you have requested. Your credit card will be charged the remaining balance 21 days prior to your arrival. You will receive a confirmation note showing your non-refundable security deposit and remaining balance towards your stay. If your reservation is made within 21 days of your arrival we will charge your credit card the full amount.

Cancellation Policy: 30% deposit for suite(s) is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation prior to 10 days of your arrival date, your card will be credited the refundable portion of your balance less a $95.00 processing fee. Canceling your paid reservation within 10 days of your arrival date, you will be charged for the entire stay. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
