• Check-in Time: Our normal check-in time is Monday thru Saturday 4:00 PM to 7:00PM. Extended Check-in is available for an additional fee of $35 (fee is subject to change at any time) if you are arriving outside of our normal check-in hours. Extended check-in is required for Sunday and Holiday check-in. If you have not selected this feature and arrive past our normal check-in time we will automatically add this charge to your reservation. Guest arriving past midnight will have to check in at 9:00AM on the next day.
  • Reservation Policy: Reservations totaling less than $2,000.00 will be charged the full amount of the reservation (Security Deposit and Balance). For reservations totaling more than $2000.00/USD, your credit card will be charged a second time, for the remaining balance, 21 days prior to your arrival. If your reservation is made within 21 days of your arrival we will charge your credit card the full amount. Once your credit card is charged you will receive a confirmation e-mail showing the payments made and your reservation information.

    Please note that our establishment is composed of three stories and does not have an elevator; access to our suites requires guests to ascend at least one flight of stairs, depending on the floor of the suite booked. If for any reason you are unable to climb stairs please do not make a reservation. Charges will not be refunded if you cancel your reservation upon arrival, based on the fact that there is no elevator.
  • Payment Policy: Payment deadlines are provided for each booking. Your reservation security deposit must be received within 48 hours of your reservation request. If this deadline is missed a default is called and the reservation is cancelled at no charge to you. This could result in the suite being booked by another party.
  • Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing. Guests canceling their reservation 30 days prior to check in will be refunded their security deposit less a $95.00 processing fee. Guests canceling their reservation 7 days or more, but less than 30 days, prior to check-in will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of their security deposit. Guests canceling their reservations within 7 days of their check-in date will be charged the full amount of their reservation.
  • Terms and Conditions: By accepting our terms and conditions you agree to authorize Upper Yorkville Suites to charge your credit card for any expenses you incurred during your stay, any unpaid balances, that appear on your statement, and any damages that occurred during your stay by you or your guest(s) including legal fees associated with the collection and/or resolution relating to attorney and court fees.
  • Reservation System: Upper Yorkville Suites uses a secured industry recognized 3rd party reservation system when processing your reservation and credit card transactions, you agree to hold Upper Yorkville Suites, Inc. and it representatives harmless of any and all consequences if this system is breached and the information contained on this system is misused in any manner.
  • Children: Children over the age of 8 are welcome provided that they are supervised by a parent and/or responsible guardian. Adults are responsible for accompanying their children in and out of our Inn and up and down the staircase of the Inn.
  • Occupancy: Most of our suites accomodiate a maximum of 4 guest per suite - Please indicate total number of guests at time of booking.
  • Rates: Rates listed are for double occupancy. You must specify the correct number of guest per apartment at the time of booking, otherwise each additional guest will be charged an extra fee. Guest parties of 5 require prior email confirmation from UYVS and selection of a roll away bed at an additional charge. All rates are subject to change without notice. Rates do not include taxes.
  • Pets: We are sorry that we are unable to accommodate pets.
  • Smoking: We are a non-smoking inn.
  • Non Elevator Building: No elevator exist at Inn.
  • Lost Items: Lost items that are found are returned to our guest, we will charge your credit card for the cost of shipping.
  • Housekeeping: Housekeeping occurs between the hours of 10:00AM to 3:00PM
    Limited Housekeeping service is provided on Sundays and/or on Holidays.
  • We accept CASH (USD), CREDIT CARD in the form of MasterCard, Visa and AMEX.
